Common Questions
I forgot my password. What can I do?
On the sign-in screen, choose the password reset option and enter the email address connected to your account. We will send you a link to set a new password.
Why does SkateWithMe need my location?
Location helps show nearby skaters and skate sessions on the map. You can control location permission at any time in your device settings.
How do I connect with another skater?
Open the person’s profile or use their invite link, then send a connection request. The connection is added when the other person accepts it.
How do I manage notifications?
Notification permissions can be changed in your device settings. You can disable them there at any time.
The app is not working as expected.
Please check that you are using the latest app version and restart the app. If the issue continues, email us with:
- Your device model
- Your operating system version
- Your SkateWithMe app version
- A short description of the issue
