Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Skate with me (also styled Skate With Me and SkateWithMe) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation and child sexual abuse material.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not use Skate With Me to create, upload, share, request, promote, or facilitate content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes, but is not limited to:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including computer-generated or altered depictions;
- grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexualisation of a child;
- sextortion or threats involving a child’s sexual content;
- child sex trafficking or attempts to arrange sexual contact with a child; and
- links, instructions, or other material that promotes or facilitates CSAE.
Reporting child safety concerns
Users can report a concern from within the app by opening the menu, selecting About, and choosing Contact support. Reports may also be sent to support@skatewithme.de.
Include the relevant account name, event, date, and a description of the concern where possible. Do not download, copy, or email suspected CSAM. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
How we respond
Skate With Me reviews child safety reports and takes appropriate action based on the available information. Actions may include removing content, restricting or terminating accounts, preserving relevant information where legally permitted, and reporting apparent CSAM or other child exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities as required by applicable law.
Legal compliance
Skate With Me complies with applicable child safety laws and cooperates with lawful requests from relevant authorities. We maintain processes intended to prevent, identify, and address CSAE and CSAM on the service.
These standards apply to the Skate With Me mobile application and service.
