Du kannst dein Skate With Me-Konto jederzeit dauerhaft löschen.

So löschst du dein Konto

Du hast zwei Möglichkeiten, die Löschung deines Kontos zu beantragen:

Möglichkeit 1: Über die App

1. Öffne die Skate With Me App.
2. Gehe zu Einstellungen.
3. Wähle Konto löschen.
4. Bestätige die Löschung.

Möglichkeit 2: Über das Formular auf dieser Seite

Wenn du keinen Zugriff mehr auf dein Konto hast oder die App nicht nutzen kannst, verwende bitte das untenstehende Formular. Gib die erforderlichen Informationen an und sende deine Anfrage ab. Wir bearbeiten deinen Antrag schnellstmöglich und informieren dich nach Abschluss der Kontolöschung.

Welche Daten werden gelöscht?

Mit der Löschung deines Kontos werden unter anderem folgende Daten dauerhaft entfernt:

• Benutzerkonto
• Profilinformationen (z. B. Anzeigename)
• E-Mail-Adresse (sofern gespeichert)
• Freundesliste
• Freundschaftsanfragen
• Skate-Verlauf (History)
• Gespeicherte Standorte und Aktivitäten
• Push-Benachrichtigungs-Token
• Weitere personenbezogene Daten, die deinem Konto zugeordnet sind

Welche Daten können vorübergehend erhalten bleiben?

Server- und Sicherheitsprotokolle (Logs) können aus Sicherheitsgründen oder zur Missbrauchsprävention für bis zu 30 Tage gespeichert werden. Anschließend werden sie automatisch gelöscht.

Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your Skate With Me account at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

There are two ways to request the deletion of your account:

Option 1: Through the App

1. Open the Skate With Me app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Option 2: Using the Form Below

If you no longer have access to your account or cannot use the app, please complete the form below and submit your request. We will process your request as soon as possible and notify you once your account has been permanently deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed, including but not limited to:

• User account
• Profile information (e.g. display name)
• Email address (if stored)
• Friends list
• Friend requests
• Skating history
• Saved locations and activities
• Push notification tokens
• Other personal data associated with your account

What Data May Be Retained?

Server and security logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention purposes. These logs are automatically deleted after the retention period.
